| Completed Employment Application Forms are accepted at all times regardless of whether or not vacancies exist. The applicant must state the position(s) applied for on the form. The Employment Application form will remain current for a period of not longer that one-year or until the applicant is considered for employment, whichever is shorter. |

| It shall be the applicant’s responsibility to insure that the Application and information contained thereon remain current. When vacancies are advertised externally, all current Employment Application forms on file for the particular position will be placed in the employment process. |
